Usher's run on the famed Broadway musicial starts August 22nd. Rumor has it that the superstar already bought in $100,00 per day in ticket sales since announcing he'll be appearing on the LIVE musicial from late August to October 1st.

“I have always admired Broadway actors for their showmanship, dedication and focus that goes into performing live on stage every night,” the 27-year-old Usher said in a release statement. “Being on Broadway allows you to connect to audiences in a whole new way that’s different from music and movies.”
