When Usher's wax work was unveiled two years I went along with my best friend. The instance I saw this wax figure of Usher with my own two eyes I burst out in sheer laugther. Usher's wax work looks NOTHING like him! Before I get into who looks like who best...a little background information on Madame Tussaud's would be nice to know.
"Madame Tussauds is a wax museum in London, with branches in Amsterdam, Hong Kong (Victoria Peak), Las Vegas, New York City, Shanghai (open soon), and Hollywood (location announced). It was set up by wax sculptor Marie Tussaud. Madame Tussaud (1761–1850), born Marie Grosholtz in Strasbourg, worked as a housekeeper for Dr. Philippe Curtius, a physician skilled in wax modelling. Curtius taught Tussaud the art of wax modelling. In 1765, Curtius made a waxwork of Marie Jean du Barry, Louis XV's mistress. A cast of that mould is the oldest work currently on display. The first exhibition of Curtius' waxworks was shown in 1770, and attracted a large audience. The exhibition moved to the Palais Royal in Paris in 1776. He opened a second location on Boulevard du Temple in 1782, the "Caverne des Grands Voleurs", a precursor to the later Chamber of Horrors. "

Let's play a game of YAY and NAY.
YAY for the wax work looking just like the famous person.
NAY for the wax work looking NOTHING like the famous person.
Usher
Wax work
Real Deal
There wasn't a line when I got to where Usher's wax work was. But as soon as I entered the room his number one hit single, "Yeah!" started playing. This wax work is not one of their best! Usher and his wax work can't even pass as brothers OR even cousins! To my knowledge Usher has yet to visit Madame Tussaud's. I went AGAIN
hoping they'll touch the wax work up a bit to LOOK LIKE Usher only to be disappointed.
bottom line: {NAY!}
Jennifer Lopez
Wax work
Real Deal
Now there was a fairly LONG line just to take a picture with J.Lo's wax work. I couldn't believe it.Madame Tussaud's did an excellent job than Usher's wax work. While on line I noticed the REAL reason why there's a line to get a picture with Miss Lopez...if you whisper into her ear she blushes. {fellas don't try to walk up to her and do the same thing! lol!}
bottom line: {YAY!}

Beyonce Knowles
Wax Work
Real Deal
Beyonce's wax work section was fun. At the time her wax work was located down by the mock-karaoke machine. Madame Tussaud's had Beyonce dressed in the same outfit she rock in her "Crazy in Love" video and in the background was her then current video "Naughty Girl" which :surprise: has a cameo by Usher.
bottom line: {YAY!}

Oprah Winfrey
Wax work
Real Deal
Madame Tussaud's appear to have capture Oprah during her late '90s days of wearing power suits. The resemblance was uncanny!
bottom line: {YAY!}
Diana Ross
Wax Work
Real Deal
The museum captured Diana at the peak of her career when she was a a member of the girl group of the world The Supremes. Diana's wax work and the singer look too much like. Madame Tussaud's did a great job of capturing Miss Ross even though I was hoping for the "Lady Sings the Blues" Diana. lol!
bottom line: {YAY!}
Morgan Freeman
Wax Work
Real Deal
Madam Tussaud's captured actor Morgan Freeman. Creepy isn't it? His wax work's a crowd favorite. I say this because every time I pass there on my way to Port Authority "Morgan"'s standing right outside {rain or shine!}I wonder if he has seen his wax work face to face?!
bottom line: {YAY!}
Marilyn Monore
Overall: Some wax works are off and some are right on target. Drop by Madame Tussaud's in Times Square with your digi or disposable camera!
ROTFL at the Usher wax figure!
I need to go and see this in person...
