I was supposed to attend this lovely event but I'm not feeling too good. Oh well there's always the BET Hip-Hop Awards to go to. The 2006 Latin Grammy's kicked off live on Univision for those on the East Coast of USA at Madison Square Garden, New York City. The telecast was in the Spanish-speaking language.

Shakira won a whooping 4 awards {one for best female pop vocal album for 'Fijacion Oral Vol. 1'}!!! She also performed "La Tortura" at the event with hot Alejandro Sanz. Isn't he hot?!?1

Mario Vazquez was there as well. Z100, popular radio station in NYC, constantly play his song every damn hour!



Ricky Martion was honored with the "Person of the Year Award"...this is one sexy fella.
