The results of People annual "Sexiest Man Alive" has been released and I couldn't agree more with their pick of who's sexy in Hollywood. This year's list focused on the small screen hunks {Omar Epps of "House", Eric Mabius of "Ugly Betty"} and the big screen men {George Clooney, Taye Diggs of "How Stella Got Her Groove On"}.
