According to Urban Dictionary swagger jack can be defined as

Okay I got this idea from reading an old Blender magazine article about Pharrell Williams and Ashton Kutcher. Pharrell as we all know orginated the trucker hat fashion trend. Here comes "That 70s Show" star actor Ashton Kutcher {that's Mr. Demi Moore to some} who picks up Pharrell's trucker hat habit. Shortly after Hollywood picks this trend up and make it their own giving ASHTON and not Pharrell his due. And so, Ashton Kutcher officially SWAGGER JACK Pharrell's trucker hat fashion trend.
