Frenemies of 2006 was covered by "Star Magazine." My personal favorites were the Mariah/Janet & Naomi/Tyra frenemie stories. Mariah and Janet had a supposedly frenemy relationship over JD, Janet's man. JD helped Mariah come back hard with her comeback record, "The Emanicipation of Mimi" and Janet fall back short on "20 Y.O." JD thought he could duplicate the Mimi sound with his girl only to fall short. Janet is my girl so I think she'll do just find. She always mixes the old and new with her music. Naomi and Tyra frenemy relationship started over the better modelling gigs. Naomi backlisted Tyra from prospective modelling gigs allowing Naomi to shine as the industry's it black chick. Naomi and Tyra has since patch up their love/hate relationship when Naomi came on Tyra's show to apologize for her actions. I'm sticking with Tyra. She just seems calmer than always throwing something at somebody Miss Naomi, lol! Paris Hilton wins the title by dropping and adding new frenemies each time she's photographed from her new frenemy Britney to Nicole to Lindsay Lohan Paris knows how to play that love/hate thing to the max. {spotted at Popbytes.}
