Naomi Campbell's 3-day birthday party earlier this year in Dubai, has yet to be topped. Although Paris Hilton has come close. Campbell is the only African-American to have a million dollar event at "Burj Al Arab," the world’s first seven star hotel! The party cost $1.8 million. One of Campbell's gifts was a gigantic diamond ring from a member of the royal family.
