Rihanna appears on the cover of "Woofin Girl" magazine. 2006 has been a good year for Miss Fenty. She's recording a follow-up to her mega successful album, A Girl Like Me to be released in 2007. Is it safe to call Rihanna the princess of the ROC since Jay-Z did Teairra Mari wrong?!?!
