Cassie may leaved Bad Boy Records. She's supposedly looking for the same treatment Def Jam gave Rihanna and LaFace gave Ciara according to Mediatakeout.com. Well I beg to differ Diddy's been on his grind promoting Cassie more than Yung Joc and Danity Kane put together. "A decade ago, Diddy's Bad Boy Records was one of the top labels in the music industry. In the years since, most of its top artists, including Faith Evans and Mary J Blige, have all decided to go to other labels. Now MediaTakeOut.com has learned that Cassie, Bad Boy's number one artist, is looking to jump ship.MediaTakeOut.com spoke exclusively with a Bad Boy insider who claims that Cassie and her manager Ryan Leslie are trying desperately to be released from Bad Boy Records. According to the source, Cassie's team feels that Bad Boy hasn't put enough of an effort in marketing the teen singer. The insider explains, "when you look at what Def Jam did for Rihanna, or what LaFace is doing for Ciara, you can kind of understand where she's coming from." But there may be more to the story than meets the eye. MediaTakeOut.com spoke with another insider who claims that Cassie has personal reasons for wanting to leave Diddy's camp. And those reasons, according to the source, have Cassie's management exploring the idea of filing a lawsuit against Bad Boy. While the source refused to give specific details about what occurred, the source did tell us that "there was some harassment." Right now it's also not clear what form of harrassment Cassie may have suffered, nor whether the "harassment" involved Diddy personally. Either way, it looks like Cassie is ready to move on with her life. In a blog that the teenage beauty uses to update her fans, she recently posted the following entry: "I've had the ride of my life, all for it to result in opening up my eyes wider than I had them before. Really digging in and seeing what makes people move, what makes them react to other people. I'M BACK ON THE INTERNET. Right where I started, to vent and share the good and bad experiences to you, as I start over. You bought my album and supported me all of the way, I owe it to you. Here's to Old ... New Beginnings."' {Source} Truth or rumor? Only time will tell about Cassie leaving Bad Boy.
Personally, I don't think Cassie or Rhianna can sing, but Cassie sounds terrible!
She should really stick to modeling....
