Joss Stone let out her true feelings about Christina Milan. Why the drama? Christina dated Joss's ex boyfriend, Beau. Why bring this up when a.) Joss has a new man already and b.) Christina has Dre as her man? Well, well, well publicity is always good but drama is even better.
Joss Stone certainly didn't take a liking to the beautiful Dip It Low singer. When Soul/R&B singer Joss Stone was interviewed in the latest issue of Giant magazine, she had harsh words to say about Christina:While Stone had some harsh criticism for today’s crop of R&B singers, her most scathing words were saved specifically for singer-actress Christina Milian, who just so happens to be the ex-girlfriend of her ex-boyfriend, Beau Dozier. Stone describes most singers today as “just highly paid strippers.” When told she may have just insulted a large swath of singers, she cocked her head to the side, flashed an innocent smile and said, “What? It’s not like I’m not telling the truth.” When Christina Milian’s name came up in conversation, Stone, according to writer Aliya S. King, “doesn’t bother to hide her disdain for the woman who Dozier, now Stone’s ex-boyfriend, once dated.” Stone told King: "I could tell you some stories about her... ," then launched into a “profanity-laced tirade against the pop star.” King writes: “After I point to my tape recorder, reminding her that she's on record, Stone doesn't quit. Instead, she continues to go off on Milian and, even worse, Milian's mother. ‘I’m just honest,’ Stone concludes with a shrug."Christina has never met Joss," Milan’s publicist responds. "She can’t imagine what this is all about."
Moving right along, Joss seem to have forget her undies while shopping at the Apple store in New York City.
things that make me go hmm....
I was sent this interesting interview that Joss did with Urge via e-mail a few days ago. Joss talked candidly about the recording process she had with Raphael.
URGE: On Introducing Joss Stone you worked with Raphael Saadiq, who is very attuned to new R&B but also grounded in the R&B tradition. Is that the reason you chose him as a producer?
Stone: He just feels it. I told him when I started working with him, "Raphael, any rule that you ever had to live by musically, throw every single one of them out the window, because there are no rules with this album." If he felt it and I felt it, it's on [the album]. It's not like, "Well, would this be popular?" When you take this kind of music to a label, they get scared. People are scared of change. It's not something that people want to do every day. [But] change excites me, it drives me and pushes me. A lot of people in this world are happy that they know things work. "Let's not mess with something that already works, or fix something that ain't broken." That's not really how Raphael Saadiq works. It's funny, he said, "Joss, you're like me 20 years ago."
URGE: [Laughs.] Did that scare you at all?
Stone: No, I love when he says that, because I look up to him and think he's not just a talent, but a beautiful spirit. Everything he's been through, he's come out a great person. He's told me stories that would make me mad the rest of my life, but he's not mad. He's not mad at all. There's something spiritually calming about him. He helped make my favorite Erykah Badu record ("Love of My Life") and my favorite record Mary J. Blige has ever done, and probably will ever do ("I Found My Everything"), and if she can top that, I can't wait to hear it. And also "Lady" and "Untitled" by D'Angelo, which just murdered me. There's something about his bass playing. I can say, hand on my heart, he's the best bass player I've ever heard. He has this certain swagger. I don't know what it is, I can't put my finger on it, and I'm not even going to even try. And I trust Raphael's ears as much as I trust my own.
URGE: Is it fair to say that you think of Introducing as a full-on collaboration with Raphael?
Stone: Well, writing-wise, I wrote loads before I met him. Production-wise, definitely. After I produced with him, I started to write with him — so he helped me get this out. I've been playing this album in my head for five years, but it hasn't been able to come out. I don't know how to play, but I know exactly what sound I want; I know exactly how I want the drums or the bass to sound. But I couldn't tell anyone, because nobody was listening. Why were they going to listen to a 14-year-old girl? I would not expect them to. It's great I found Raphael, because I didn't make him [listen to me], he just wanted to. He's the only person that actually wanted to hear me, because he trusts me, musically. I feel blessed, man. This took me a long time, but I found him.

as for Milian's mother, well coming from a chick who's family consists of a drug addict armed robber brother/a mother who ran off with her drummer/a kid brother who is a drunken yob and got kicked out her gig
Then there's stone herself, the self confessed dope head!!
Oh and she's slagged Beau all thru her album promo,I guess she's still happy to make money off using his name!!! Then again she is fond of sleeping with producers BEAU/NOVEL/SAADIQ.
At 1:41 AM,
At 5:33 AM,
Beau was with Milian 7 YEARS AGO!!! Stone wasnt even known then, she's never even met Milian or her mother. All she tried to do there, was provoke an argument between Christina and Beau, both of whom have never dissed each other publically.Stone is a spiteful lil girl, who has based her whole album promo on dissing Beau..she's also slagged Paris/Britney and now Xtina!!
DALLAS didnt say she slept with HIM,he said she slept with his artist NOVEL and then dumped him once she got his tracks..if u look here,u'll see she did indeed have a fling with him
