Hollywood's power couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes attended the Mentor LA's Promise gala held in Tom's honor.

According to Yahoo, "Tom Cruise is to star in a World War II thriller about a plot to assassinate Adolph Hitler." Word has it that Tom also phoned David and Victoria Beckham 18 times within one hour in a blatant attempt to convert the couple into Scientology. [source]
