WHITNEY'S A BETTER SINGER THAN MARIAH

I've discussed this when my friends from time to time about who's the better singer? Whitney or Mariah? I said they're both good. BUT Clive Davis begs to differ. "Is Clive Davis trying to stoke a diva songbird feud? The music producer says that Whitney Houston has a better voice than Mariah Carey. "In my opinion, the best singers in the world are Aretha [Franklin] and Houston, Davis said, reports Hollywood.TV. "That's not to knock Carey. Carey is a friend of mine, but I think Mariah would even say those two are the best." Not only can Houston sing, Davis boasted, she's also talking clearly. "She looks radiant and is clearly together," he said of the rehabbed songbird. "She is talking enthusiastically and is articulate." Source

i love them both and they are legends in their own right . clive is only saying all this because mariah didn't sign with j records. had she signed with him he'd be saying something totally different.

^^Exactly! Mariah got her own record label. I think he's mad he couldn't get her on his label that's all.

btw thanks for posting these videos. that is one of my favorite mariah performances and i have never seen that whitney performance before. whitney did her thing .

Whitney and Mariah both held it down in the '90s. Real singing and real talent. I was kind of mad that they both broke down at one point of their careers. However Mariah bounced back and I'm waiting on Whitney to come back as well.

Mariah did an excellent job too.
