Outside of her last hit, "Free Yourself", "When I See You" is my favorite Fantasia's ballad. She simply rocks each and every time she performs "When I See You" live. This time around Fantasia performed the song on "Good Morning America" summer concert series special. Good things are happening to Fantasia on a professional note. She extended her run on Broadway's "The Color Purple" from October to January due to $10 box office sales boost she bought to the legendary play. "When I See You" is #1 on the R&B/Hip Hop Singles Chart.
