Shedrack Anderson III* from the 2004 Cosby family film, Fat Albert agreed to do a promotional commercial for the American Heart Association, but because of the graphic nature of the story, the commerical did NOT air.

So the question is should or shouldn't this commerical be on TV regardless of the 'graphic' nature?
