HOOPLA ON THE CHEETAH GIRLS
In the latest edition of "OK! magazine", The Cheetah Girls (Adrienne Bailon, Kiely Williams, and Sabrina Bryan) are cashing in on the success of Sabrina's "Dancing with the Stars" 7th place spot. The Cheetah Girls discussed their upcoming album treatment (TCG) at a photo shoot which was held at NYC's Amalia. Kiely will appear in the upcoming film, "I Know What Boys Like" and Adrienne is releasing a solo album. Check out tidbits from the interview:
Adrienne on coming up with the album title, TCG:
On our message boards, nobody wanted to write out The Cheetah Girls. They'd write, "I just got back from TCG concert" or "TCG has a photo shoot." Nicknames are our personal thing and we thought, "that's cute, let's make that the title of our album."
Sabrina on Raven-Symone not being on the album:
Raven's actually not a part of The Cheetah Girls music group. When we first started, she had the option to do it and she decided to pursue a solo career. One of the biggest messages of TCG is supporting our friends. She's come to our shows and it was fun to have her on the second movie. It's going to be different not having her in the third, but we know we have her support.
Be sure to pick up this week's edition of "OK! Magazine" to read the full interview which is on newsstands now.
