If you can get pass the shots and cash register ringing-sound playing in the background of "Paper Planes" a dozen times, you'll would like this song. M.I.A team up with Bun B and Rich Boy and the results smells like a radio hit for this underrated artist. The song is just as catchy as her debut record, "Arular".
Critics isn't embracing "Paper Planes", M.I.A's third single from her sophomre disc, "Kala" and this response prompt M.I.A to reply back via her official myspace page: "I did fight for the sound, because putting meaning in your videos, in my opinion, is a dying art," she said, reminding her fans that "there is no such thing as an 'approved censored version' of 'Paper Planes.'" Alicia Keys did a remix to "No One" once more with Lil' Kim. "No One" had a reggae mix which air live on the 2007 American Music Awards. Kim made this remix all of her own liking.
"As I Am" is one of the year's best-selling R&B records as evident in its five-week run on top of the Billboard 100 charts. However, Flo Rida bump out Alicia Keys from the top spot this week according to Billboard.
