MIMI AND J.LO DRAMA-UNTRUE

Yesterday a quote from Mariah Carey claiming she'll rather record a duet with a pig than with Jennifer Lopez and today Mariah shot down the quote as a 'internet gossip':

"This is just some Internet gossip and it's pathetic that people actually entertain the thought that this could be real. This is another sad example of two strong women being pit against each other."

Furthermore, Mariah still did confirm or deny ever wanting to record a song with Jennifer Lopez.

A Hot Mess has a video clip of Mariah claiming she doesn't know who Jennifer Lopez is.

that's not a new clip the hot mess has . i believe it came out around 2003/ 2004.

Wow! JLo was known even in the late 90's early 2000's. After I saw MC say she didn't know JLo , I knew there was something BIG that happened between these two. MC looked disturbed when she said it. Keep them away from each other and off Judge Mathis.

I think their drama starts with management. Didn't these two at one point have the same manager-Tommy Mottolla (sp?)??

Licia, when I saw the video clip on A Hot Mess, I couldn't believe it.

But maybe Mariah simply did not know J.Lo back then.

the drama started in 2001 when glitter was coming out . tommy mottola had jennifer lopez use a sample for the i'm real remix that mariah was gonna use. there was a video from irv gotti confirming what happened with the phone call that he got from tommy. mariah felt that tommy mottola was trying to sabotage her career .

as for the clip i think she meant that she didn't know jennifer lopez personally. although mariah was being nice on that clip i could see it in her face that she wanted to say really bad , but she didn't . lol
