14-year old Chantel "Chani" Christie is the new aspiring singer, model and actress on the scene. Chanel, as she is nicknamed, happens to be the daughter of NBA power couple, Doug and Jackie Christie.

Being a daughter of well-known couple may be an asset to Chantel’s career but she continues to lean on her talent to gear her career.

Outside of her debut single, "Here We Are Again" featuring The Major, Chani is currently filming a reality series "Coming Up Christie" which follows her journey of recording her first album, "My Dream".

Chani is using her platform to be a role model for teenagers. Chanel juggles between her community-awareness gigs as the United States National Youth Ambassador on HIV/AIDS Awareness and the Washington, DC YMCA Kids Outreach Spokesperson.
