*Rihanna's song, "Umbrella" as annoying at how she drags out the song title is starting to grow on me. This song MIGHT just get me to replace Kelly Rowland's "Like This" on myspace page....actually I take that back. I might put Fantasia's "When I See You" instead.

Ne-Yo has branded Whitney Houston's upcoming comeback album---BORING! The Sun is reporting that Whitney is singing about her life post and during Bobby Brown. "They all had the one same theme, which was ‘My name is Whitney Houston and this is my triumphant comeback’. We all understand she has gone through a lot. I’m sure we all get that but I think she needs songs about regular everyday life. So that’s what I’m planning to add to the album - songs about everyday emotions." If Ne-Yo is right about this, would YOU prefer Whitney singing about anything but Bobby? I'm interested in listening to her sing about Bobby especially about what EXACTLY broke them up.


Rapper The Game already has his second son's name picked out - three weeks before the tot is born. The Los Angeles-based rapper has told MTV News he'll call his newborn King Justice. That won't be the only new name in the family. The Game reveals, "I'm changing my str”et (mixtape) name. I'm killing ‘Hurricane,’ and I'm just gonna run with the ‘Murda Game." The rapper admits he came up with the new alias after speaking to pal NAS about his pseudonyms. He adds, "I talked to Nas... and we was talking about his career and where he's been, talking about (Nas' aliases) Escobar and Nasty Nas. "I was like, 'I need one of them aliases.' He was like, 'Well, if I'm Nasty Nas, then you're Murda Game because you murder n**gas.' "That's what it is - out with the Hurricane, in with Murda Game. I got that from a don, man. D'Angelo is said to appear on Common's upcoming album as well as Lily Allen, Kanye West and Will.i.am. "R+B star COMMON's new album is set to be a star-studded affair with LILY ALLEN, KANYE WEST, D'ANGELO, WILL.I.AM and late rapper J DILLA all appearing on tracks. Rapper West produces a handful of tracks on the album FINDING FOREVER, including the lead single THE PEOPLE, while the reclusive D'Angelo appears on the tune SO FAR TO GO. But the highlight is DRIVING ME WILD, which features British singer Allen. Common also samples NINA SIMONE on the album, which is set for a July (07) release." Brandy is being replaced by Sharon Osbourne on "America's Got Talent." TMZ has learned that Brandy has been replaced by Sharon Osbourne as a judge on the upcoming season of “America’s Got Talent.”
While rumors have swirled that Osbourne was in talks with NBC, a well-placed source tells TMZ that the embattled R&B star is officially out — and the rock and roll chatter queen is in. There was wide speculation over Brandy’s role on the talent show following her involvement in a December freeway crash that claimed a woman’s life. The City Attorney has yet to file charges against the “Moesha” star.

On avoiding the paparazzi…
“There’s plenty of restaurants and neighborhoods that I just try to avoid. It sucks—especially in New York, because you want to feel like you can walk around anywhere. But it’s okay. I think it’s an adjustment. It’s horrible that you have to make the adjustment, but being as I can’t change the state of where we are now, and I’m sure it will never change, you just have to make the adjustment. What’s the alternative? I don’t want to move to the middle of nowhere. I’m a city kid.”

On being a highly responsible person…
“I’m very responsible when I’m working. I’ve just been doing it for a long time, and I’m not the kind of person who is going to show up to work three hours late, or maybe not come at all. That’s just not who I am. That just has to do with the fact that I understand that everybody else comes to work, and we would all like to get an extra four hours of sleep, but what can you do?”...“But [outside of work] I don’t really have any responsibility right now. It’s not like I have kids. I’m not raising a younger sibling. I’m not supporting anybody financially. But at the same time, I can take care of myself. My mother may disagree. Of course, moms always do: [imitates her mother] “My baby, you’re just a child....”

On looking like a boy...
“I don’t think my features are entirely feminine. Yes, I have full lips and obviously I have no facial hair. But...take somebody like Penelope Cruz. She’s so feminine. Think about it. She has, like, long eyelashes, and to me she just looks very feminine. When I wake up in the morning and I have no makeup on, like right now, I think I look like a young boy.”

And she’s funny, too…
To try to get all the details right, James Kaplan asked Johansson to tell him the provenance of everything she was wearing. And she did—shoes, Alaia; T-shirt, Balenciaga; wristwatch, Chanel.... Then she looked at Kaplan very cheekily and said, “And what are you wearing?”

Even better, she eats when she's hungry!
At the PARADE photo shoot, there was a table full of goodies to eat. According to Kaplan, Johansson was not at all neurotic about the food. “She was hungry, so she ate some coffee cake. And then complained that it didn't have enough butter in it!”
