Aside from being a complete celebrity news fiend, I am a bag addict. My bag collection holds up my closet! I am SO serious. But I love changing up my bag to go with every outfit I have or just for the heck of it. My friends shake my head whenever they see me with a new bag.

Bebe's ruffled Hobo bag made third runner up. I particularly am drawn to the bag's functuality. Not only does the bag features departments INSIDE its leopard-print interior but OUTSIDE as well. You can store your car keys and lip gloss in these stylishly outside department without having to open up your bag. Pretty neat, huh?
