Hov's BACK!
It's simply Beyonce and Jay Z's world...we just live in it!
Well damn Whitney's coming back, now Hov. One way or the other Hov never really "officially retired." Like NBA's MJ they ALWAYS come back!I mean as soon he called it quits, he appears on Memphis Bleek's album with the hot anthem, "Dear Summer" and he soon after appeared on many other songs.

I spotted this at Yahoo! UK so it's official official (LOL!):
Jay Z will end his self-imposed exile from the music industry with a new album in November, according to reports.
The 'retired' hip hop superstar is expected to confirm details of his return in the coming weeks, although the LP is believed to be called "Kingdom Come".
According to claims in numerous global sources today, the recordings will feature collaborations with his girlfriend Beyonce and Coldplay's Chris Martin.
Kanye West, The Neptunes, Dr Dre and Timbaland are also said to have produced tracks on the record, Jay Z's first since 2003's "The Black Album".
The first single is understood to be called "Show Me What You Got" and the video has apparently been shot by Hype Williams.
"Kingdome Come" is scheduled for release on November 14, through Roc-A-Fella / Def Jam, where Jay Z is CEO.
Jay Z is about to embark on a full world tour.
