Beyonce and Common dropped by TRL yesterday afternoon.

Beyonce performed Irreplaceable, her third single off her second solo effort, "BDay." Love this song a lot...can't wait until she releases "Get Me Bodied." Beyonce took a different approach to performing live---she did this acoustic (no vocal background just her and the audience!)
