i feel healthier in this momment than ever in life.

.whatever kinda energy you guys are sending is seepin in.give thanks.in the studio. in loveand in credible.and i say , got damn.im so ready to be thu ' with this albulm i could just scream.but ill save it for the vocal booth.i really miss Dilla .
im gonna take a yoga class on sunday.
oh yeah,i took my mamma to a drag queen ( female impers.) show for her bday.It was NAYROK's idea. it was pure theater. we all loved it.pure theater.
makes me wanna act again.well , gotta get back to 'play'.garage band is a'ight.good for scratch vocals.just drag the instr. song to a trk and sing on the other trks.has cute effects.( did i sp. that right?)peace and light family , i wish you all as much light as possible.
