Black entertainment's most notorious singing duo will be just one of the couples featured on 'Starveillance,' a new E! Entertainment series which marries classic claymation and wild imagination while looking at celebrity moments and pop culture as they might have happened.
Eric Fogel, the mind behind MTV's wildly popular 'Celebrity Deathmatch' series, created the half hour series which premieres on Jan. 5 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT.
According to preliminary production notes, viewers will get a fly on the wall purview of highly exaggerated-twisted-story-telling in sorta-actual celebrity events including marriage proposals, intimate bedroom arguments, off-camera antics and more. Everyone seems to be fair game in this latest pop culture romp, too. A rep for the show confirmed that some scenarios will include Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' maternity ward run-in with Brooke Shields following Suri’s birth; Mel Gibson pitching 'The Passion' to studio executives; the highly publicized events outburst behind the 'Desperate Housewives'' 'Vanity Fair' shoot; Britney Spears picking the perfect outfit and makeup for her Matt Lauer interview; and Liza Minnelli and David Gest’s wedding nuptials.
