Sporting a new shorter & sassy hair 'do Rihanna performed at the sold-out annual music concert, Z100 Jingle Ball. Rihanna wore a black halter top and white short-shorts all designed by Dolce & Gabbana. My favorite video play boy Anthony Burrell was there to support her.
