Trump and Rosie drama
DONALD ON ROSIE
ROSIE ON DONALD
Rosie O'Donnell's response on 'The View' today in response to Donald Trump's response to Rosie's response to Donald's response to Rosie's attack on his Miss USA press conference-turned-publicity stunt.
The Trump and Rosie beef has been taken to the next level. Trump is hitting Rosie with a fat lawsuit. OUCH! "Real estate mogul DONALD TRUMP is threatening to sue ROSIE O'DONNELL after she made unflattering statements about him on US chat show THE VIEW yesterday morning (20DEC06). Co-host O'Donnell called Trump a "snake-oil salesman" following his announcement that he would not fire troubled Miss USA TARA CONNER. She then went on to talk about alleged extra-marital affairs and discussed Trump's finances, claiming that he went bankrupt - a charge he denies. Trump fires back, telling American publication People O'Donnell is "a woman out of control" and insisting he would be suing her over her statement questioning his financial well-being. He says, "You can't make false statements. Rosie will rue the words she said. I'll most likely sue her for making those false statements - and it'll be fun. Rosie's a loser. A real loser. I look forward to taking lots of money from my nice fat little Rosie."
O'Donnell seemed to realise she was in for a fight after she criticised Trump on the show. She said, "Here comes the lawsuit. Get ready. This is going to be good." Yesterday afternoon The View executive producers BILL GEDDIE and BARBARA WALTERS issued a statement in support of O'Donnell - and Trump. The statement reads: "Both Rosie and Donald are high-spirited, opinionated people. Donald has been a friend of The View for many years and Rosie, of course, is our enormously popular moderator. "We cherish them both and hope the new year brings calm and peace." {Source} LET THE ROSIE AND TRUMP DRAMA UNFOLD. DANG JUST WHEN I THOUGHT THE YEAR FOR ENTERTAINMENT COULDN'T GET ANY BETTER...IT JUST DID, LOL!
this drama is getting better than "Passions."
