"Get ready for another celebrity divorce. MediaTakeOut.com has learned that Michael Jordan and his wife Juanita are about to end their 17 year marriage.

In an exclusive interview, MediaTakeOut.com spoke with a friend of Juanita's who claims that she is ready to call it quits. The source tells, "when Michael was sued by a woman that he was cheating with [earlier this year] - that was the last straw." The source continued, "Juanita has been embarrassed by [Michael] too many times ... I think she just finally had enough."

This won't be the first time Juanita is threatening to leave Michael. In 2002, she filed to divorce her husband, citing "irreconcilable differences." After some counseling, however, the pair decided to give their marriage another chance.

But that won't happen this time, tells our source. According to the tipster, "Juanita is at a different place in her life - there's really no turning back."

This divorce will likely cost the NBA legend a small fortune. During his NBA career and through endorsements, Michael Jordan has amassed a fortune worth an estimated $500 million. And according to MediaTakeOut.com's legal expert Notoya Green, Juanita stands to receive half of that. Ms Green explains, "Juanita married [Michael] Jordan very early in his basketball career, so most of his assets are 'marital property' ... if the divorce goes to court, Juanita would likely receive half of the Jordan fortune."

But Juanita may not be the only one ready to end the relationship. Mary U, a faithful reader of MediaTakeOut.com, spotted the NBA legend out on the town with a tall blond woman. Mary tells MediaTakeOut.com, "[Michael Jordan] was shameless, he even signed autographs for fans while the blond stood patiently by his side."
