Jennifer Hudson and R&B songtress Patti LaBelle reign supreme at the 18th Annual GLAAD Media Awards at NYC's Marriott Marquis.

After receiving the Excellence in Media Award from Hudson, the duo brought down the house with an a cappella rendition of "Nobody Knows the Trouble I've Seen."
