Nelly Furtado does "FLARE"
Canadian singer and Timbaland's latest muse Nelly Furtado graces the April issue of Flare magazine - Canada's fashion bible.
According to Much Music, Nelly Furtado was honoured by her hometown of Victoria on Wednesday. Hundreds of fans, including Nelly’s high school Portuguese teacher, showed up to celebrate as the city's mayor named March 21 'Nelly Furtado Day'. Dance students from Nelly's former Victoria high school performed at the ceremony, and when a technical glitch cut the music short, Nelly stepped in. [MuchMusic]
