I get what you're saying, SET. Kelly's shoe game goes more with the neckline whereas Kate's black accessories takes away from the dress. Kate got it right by pinning her hair up. Kelly lost points with her hair covering up the neckline a bit. BUT I think because she doesn't have a bag--she wins this look on lock biz.

Okay you and I are sooo into this look on lock...lmao!
