It's been awhile since I did a "Look On Lock Edition". Thanks in part to Adrienne Bailon and Alicia Keys both wore similar outfits from Just Cavalli ready-to-wear Fall 2007 collection.

Soul songstress Alicia Keys rock a slightly different take of this leopard-print Roberto Cavalli frock at a special screening of "The Nanny Diaries" in New York City.
