"American Idol" veteran Kimberely Locke first wore this lace BCBG Max Azria number to the 16th Annual "ELLA" Award.
Angela Simmons of Pastry footwear and MTV's "Run's House" recently rock the same dress at Tila Tequila's MTV New Year's Eve Masquerade party at MTV Times Square studio.
