Alicia Keys (in a smoking hot pair of Dior platform mary janes) dropped by BET's "106 & Park" to premiere her "Teenage Love Affair" video.

Vocal illness (re: swollen vocal cords) forced Alicia to cancel two shows for the Northern leg of her "As I Am" tour.


The 27-year-old R&B singer scrapped Tuesday's show in Pittsburgh, the third stop of the tour, and has also pulled the plug on Thursday's concert in Cleveland.

The tour is expected to resume in Columbus on Saturday. Tickets for the Cleveland show will be honored at Columbus, said J Records. [ET ONLINE]

Alicia's opening tour act Jordin Sparks will also missed several tour dates due to vocal illness. Hopefully both ladies bounced back before the "As I Am" tour wraps up.
