Yesterday Kelly Rowland was seen leaving the Novello Theatre in London, where she's busy promoting the digital re-release of her album, "Ms.Kelly: Diva Deluxe".

Prior to her overseas sighting, Kelly was all smiles at the NCAA men's South Regional finals basketball game between Texas and Memphis in Houston, Texas.


Thanks in part to having two chart-topping hits ("Work" and "Daylight") on the MTV BASE charts, the R&B singer has mentioned plans of moving to London.

The Dilemma hitmaker has been busy promoting her latest album Ms. Kelly in Europe over the last few months, and admits she is in the U.K. so often she needs a more permanent base. She says, "I'm here once a month. I'm ready to get a place here."
