Michelle Williams and Beyonce Knowles were spotted at (new X-Factor Judge) Kelly Rowland's surprise birthday party which was hosted by Tank and LaLa Vasquez at Opera in Hollywood last night. This marks the first public appearance of Kelly with her former Destiny's Child bandmates after she split up with her manager Mathew Knowles. (Kelly's actual birthday is today - February 11, 1981.)




Michelle Williams (in Giusseppe Zanotti silver-toe pumps) performed at the Boston Celtics vs New York Knicks last week. Beyonce and Solange's cousin Angela Beyince were there to show Michelle support. I'm loving Michelle's hairstyle. Next for Michelle is her upcoming remix album.

Jessica Simpson (and her favorite Marni boots) made her first public appearance post weight gain hoopla last night in Virgina. Blogs went crazy when Jessica stepped out with a new curvier figure. No wonder these known folks go the plastic surgery route! (Things that make me go hmm...)



Kelly Rowland is in the news again but this time for foreclosure on her Miami Beach property. Her Miami house is on the market for $500,000 less its original price ($1.9 million). It's no secret Miami (and its beach) has become her second home with London being her first.



Kelly has since address her home mortgage woes via this MySpace blog:

Reports that Kelly Rowland's Miami home is in foreclosure are entirely false. Kelly has put her home up for sale because she is working and living in Europe.

Kelly Rowland has officially parted ways with her long-time Music World manager Mathew Knowles according to E Online and Us Weekly. According to various sources including Bossip AND Jawn Murray, Kelly and Mathew said the split in the following press release was amicable.

"After a very positive meeting between Kelly Rowland and myself, we have amicably agreed to end our professional relationship. My company, Music World, will continue to manage Destiny's Child as a group. As an artist Kelly has incredible talent and I only wish her the best. We will always be family first and foremost, and as a dad I only have love for Kelly." ----Mathew Knowles

Jennifer Hudson was spotted out and about with fiance/WWE wrestler David Otunga in Florida for the first time since her family tragedy. (Good to see her in good spirits!) The Oscar winning actress was in town to prep for her National Anthem Super Bowl performance set to air live on February 1st.



Christina Milian, Mariah Carey, and Nick Cannon showed up at Sundance Film Festival. Nick and Mariah just appeared together on the Neighborhood Inauguration Ball while Christina released the video premiere for her single, "Us Against The World." Solange told this UK newspaper her adoption wishes and she said this because of the sister bond she shared with Kelly Rowland. Although Kelly and Solange are not blood relatives, Solange feels close to her but she wants to adopt a child with a man in her life. Solange (mother to son Juelz) said that she wanted more children in the future. Next up for Solange is Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve special on December 31st in New York City.)

"Kelly grew up with me since I was about five years old, so she is my sister. She didn’t come from my parents, but there is nothing I feel differently for her than my sister. I have definitely explored that option.”
