MARIAH'S TV AND NEWSSTAND TAKEOVER
Mariah Carey's TV and newsstand takeover is still in full effect. The R&B/pop diva perform her chart-topping hit, "We Belong Together" on the BET special, "MC² = The Relativity of Mariah". Mariah also belt out her second single, "Bye, Bye" off her 10th studio effort, "E=MC²" on "American Idol".
In related news, Mariah's trim figure made the current newsstand cover of "Us Weekly". Mariah discusses with the magazine how she lost 20 lbs via her diet and exercice plan.

UPDATE: E=MC² sold 154,000 copies its first day in stores. Thanks to this first day sales, Mariah's album reportedly would have over 500,000 units in the first week of release.
