Usher and Jay-Z were seen out and about at a few L.A hot night spots (Katsuya Hollywood and Roosevelt Hotel) Thursday night. Both guys were seen without their famous female counterparts - Beyonce Knowles and Tameka Foster. No telling if we were see Usher, Tameka, Jay-Z, and Beyonce out on a double date...
