Rihanna and a group of her close friends including Melissa Forde were seen shopping in Milan, Italy. (Thanks Gossip Girls!) If you look closely Melissa has a Roman numeral tattoo just like her best friend Rihanna on her right shoulder.



Rihanna also has been announced as the face of Gucci's UNICEF fundraising AD campaign, "Tattoo Heart". So with this announcement is it safe to call Rihanna 2008's fashion icon to watch??!



Gucci's creative director Frida Giannini had this say about Rihanna: "When we decided to dedicate a full ad campaign, more than just creating products, to really come out and show our commitment to UNICEF, I felt a musician and a beautiful woman was the perfect icon for this campaign."
