When Tyler Perry announced that his 2006 play "Madea Goes To Jail" would be the next to hop onto his successful box office productions, I was thoroughly thrilled. The play was a personal favorite with Christian Keyes in the starring role so I hope the movie version doesn't disappoint.


The film has its theatrical release in early 2009 with Keisha Knight-Pulliam and Derek Luke headlining the cast. Anyone else interested to check out this new Tyler Perry film project?
