Ciara was honored with a music award at Billboard magazine's Women in Music breakfast event. The music publication gave Ciara an "Woman of The Year" Award to which Ciara said in her acceptance speech that she sees Janet Jackson as her influence and she also spoke about her modelling contract with Wilhemina Models. On her feet are Balenciaga Fall 2008 gray and black silver pointy-toe pumps. These are the exact shoes (Balenciaga patent escarpin booties) according to The Shoe Goddess.



Check out the pop-infused duet Ciara recorded with Enrique Igelsias called, "Takin' Back My Love." I like the song and I think it matches well with his previous duets with Kelis and Whitney. Hopefully a video would be done for this song. As reported on earlier, Ciara's third solo album "Fantasy Ride" has been pushed back to January 2009.
