Ciara can be seen on the latest cover of "Right On" magazine. I'm digging the look Ciara has going on for her "Fantasy Ride" album due out this January. I'm going to take a wild guess and say that ATL-based photographer Derek Blanks took this photo of Ciara for the cover.
