Model-turned-TV Talk Show host Tyra Banks can be seen on the December 2008 cover edition of "Ebony" magazine. Check out the behind-the-scenes clip of Tyra's Ebony cover here. Tyra talked with Ebony about her money saving tips.

Although Banks boasts some frugal ways, word has it that she is a huge tipper and takes great care of her employees. “I gotta take care of my people,” she says. Thanks to the sucess of "America's Next Top Model" and her fashion career, Tyra was honored as 'the media mogul' at the 19th Annual GLAMOUR Women of The Year Awards last night in New York City.
