Ciara flaunted her funky black lace-up boots at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ANNEX celebration in NYC last night. The "Go Girl" singer was also spotted at the Victoria's Secret Lexington Ave flagship store launch party and in her red Ugg's outside Barneys New York.



Also in attendance at the Rock & Roll ANNEX event was singer Kat De Luna who wore black YSL Tribute peep-toes and a leopard-print dress.


Heidi Klum, Chanel Iman and Selita Ebanks were also seen at the VS Lexington Ave flagship store bash. Love Chanel's Burberry heels...



Kelly Rowland has decided to switch management from Mathew Knowles to 19 Entertainment's Simon Fuller according to The YBF. Kelly's last record, "Ms. Kelly Deluxe" especially the track "Work" was a top 10 smash for her European audience and the album sold over 1.5 million copies. If the report is true Kelly is expected to announced her management change in 2009. Kelly has since made the UK her home base subsequently. Best of luck to Ms. Kelly!
