Ashanti and Nelly are ENGAGED?!

Vibe Confidential claims hip-hop couple Ashanti and Nelly were engaged over the Christmas holiday. If this rumor is true, it's about time Nelly popped the question to Ashanti! Congrats to Shani and Nelly!
