Teairra Mari's Vent Story
Recently celebrating her b'day Teairra Mari posted up a myspace bulletin/blog on her official page called, "My Vent Story." I guess people are coming hard at her. She also has new music on her page called, "Act Right." Her second album, "My Second Coming" is dropping soon.

"My Fanz and Friends! (This Is My Vent Story)
Body:
I am NOT a record label executive. I am an artist. I can not get you a record deal. My friends and I were grinding back in Detroit to make it. We started out locally then took it to the next level. We did that OURSELVES. We didn't ask other artist to put us on. We knew that THEY would be our competition and if they were to do that then we would be taking money from them, so we did out OWN thing. Even if I was in some type of authority to give you a deal I would pick the person who's been grinding more. The person who put in the work and not just put some music on myspace and harassed artist to listen to their music. I feel that it's unfair that people loose track of the dream. My dream was to be successful. My people and I did this this on our own. I think I would be more happy to help if people would not come at me as if I owe them something. I don't owe you or anybody anything. I have friends back in D that if I was in the power to place them in a deal I would have done it already. Once I get established, then they will be the first that I help get a deal.Well I feel better now. To my REAL fans I love you. Remember to never let anyone come between you and your dreams. Don't ever wait for anybody to do something for you. Go out and do it yourself.I love yall!" {source}
