Out & About: Halle Berry, Brooke Hogan, Ashanti, and Nelly

Halle Berry, Brooke Hogan, and Ashanti were recently spotted out and about!

Halle Berry dodging the cameras while trying to do her own thing. (Isn't February the release date of Halle's album??) Anyhow Halle's honey Gabriel Aubry revealed what he'll be giving Halle for Valentine's:

"Actress Halle Berry's boyfriend Gabriel Aubry has revealed his plans for Valentine's Day - spending time with his lady. Speaking to reporters at VH1 and Wilhelmina Models' screening and launch party for The Agency, a new VH1 series, the 31- year-old model and restaurateur has said that February 14, every year for him is not about just showering presents, but it is about spending the day with his loved one. "I don't think it's about gifts. It's more about presence. You have to be there. You can't really spend Valentine's Day apart. I can't be in New York if she's in L.A. It doesn't work," People magazine quoted him, as saying. He added that he will try to be next to 40-year-old Berry, for that is more precious for him. "So I try to be there most of the time and that's more precious to me. I'm going to be with my girl," he added. According to Aubry, thought they travel all the time, pursuing a 'bi-coastal relationship' isn't that difficult, because they get enough time to spend together. "We travel all of the time. We're together more than people think. She comes to New York and I go to L.A. a lot. I'm getting used to L.A. I like L.A. and I have a lot of friends there. I like L.A. because we get to stay home and be cozy all of the time," he added. However, the couple, who have been together for more than a year, are not even thinking of marriage."We don't even talk about it," Aubry said." {Source} This guy sounds like a keeper, Halle! No marriage pressure from him at all, lol!

Brooke with her mother hit up hotspot, Kitson, for some retail therapy. On a side note does Brooke have to dress way off?!? I mean take a look at what she wore to the Grammy's [here] and look at her now.

Ashanti and Nelly were recently spotted in the studio with producer LT Hutton. (I can't wait to hear Asahnti's new music.)

Hey Chi Chi...
Happy Valentine's Day and keeping it real about our girl Halle and Aubry. You're one of the few people online who have printed the full story.

Is it my imagination is Aubry really full of himself or covering his butt? All of sudden he's quoted here and there with this fluff,etc. I am sure they spend as much time together as they can, but I don't think Halle goes to NYC that much, I could be wrong.

There's even some wench on Halle's imdb.com board who periodically posts things about that she's seen on some Canadian entertainment program about how well his restaurant is doing (two posts) and he wants or is going to franchise as well as posting something from the same show from last summer or fall saying he wanted to get married in Montreal. She was talking about how he was on the other night giving a tour of the place, talking about his franchise plans, that Halle is always with him (not true) and is supportive of him, etc. (which she may be)--my question is how could he give the interview when he has supposedly been in LA since Fri/Sat?

Also eCanada Now printed the same interview except the marriage part and the readers are blasting them with the same old crap, the relationship is a sham, he's gay/bi, he's after Halle's money, she gave him money for the restaurant,etc. You know the drill.

And of course, Perez Hilton and Celebrific are showing Halle buying a bottle of Chablis as well as a case--so much for her diabetes?

Anyway, I thought I would humor you on this holiday and see what you thought.

Last month or so Halle was spotted out and about with Gab in NYC. No doubt they were handling some things for his restaurant.

IF Gab is as some folks want to paint him as, don't you think Halle would have drop him like a hot potato by now?!? I mean seriously Halle's grown enough to know if someone loves her for her and not for her wallet. I seriously doubt Gab is a golddigger because aren't all models paid far better than those with a 9 to 5 job?!?

I printed the entire article to show that Gab is NOT a wench as some folks want to believe or is willing to believe. Why can't some folks support the fact Halle's with a man that seems to make her happy?!? If Gab is shady the truth will come out sooner or later. No doubt about that.

On a side note what's Chablis?! Everytime I visit Perez Hilton I have to restart my computer.

I'm just puzzled that Halle ended her relationship with her ex, Michael Ealy so quickly. I thought they would have lasted. Is Gab Canadian by any chance?

If Halle is in NYC as much as the press/fans/Gab wants to say, I'm from NYC---maybe I can get a chance to met her, lol!

Thanks for your reply. Don't believe any of the crap on the internet by the haters,etc. I was just curious what you thought.

Am aware of her being in NYC last month possible around the time he was talking with one of his Canadian business partners (my comment regarding the poster was her comment that he said they're always together and she's next to him). I am sure he's ambitious to want to do a franchise.

Yes, he's Canadian, he's from Montreal.

I agree with you on all the points. I was surprised by the split with Ealy too (someone on eCanada Now probably a hater, did comment that she did get the Versace offer while still with Ealy and was thinking about Aubry--who knows?).

Am glad he makes her happy too. Let me know if you do meet her on one of her visits to NYC.

I try my best to not report on scandals/gossip as much. -chokes-mediatakeout.com- Yeah I do admit reading gossip is fun but after all it's just gossip with no substance to support it. I have no idea how Halle puts up with it. I'm glad Gab came out and said what he said about her. Although he doesn't have to prove a point to anyone about how he feels for Halle. I heard he has a show on VH1. Is that true? (I can hear the comments already---'the perks of being Halle Berry's boyfriend.')
