In her first radio interview with Hot 97 with Mister Cee, Tyanna Wallace said her favorite rappers aside from her father is Jay-Z and T.I. Tyanna also said she loves Chris Brown's music. Jay-Z said something along the lines in response to Tyanna's remark: It's a beautiful feeling to know to hear that from Big's seed. [FYI: Mister Cee of Hot 97 served as an associate executive producer for the Notorious B.I.G's debut album, Ready to Die.]

“The greatest rapper of all time died on March 9…”- Canibus
Whether you agree or disagree, love him or hate him, The Notorious B.I.G. saw his life cut short in a hail of gun fire nearly ten years ago.
But Big’s life, lyrics and legacy are set to live on with the release of The Notorious B.I.G.’s Greatest Hits. The 17 track LP will feature Biggie’s hit singles, some remixes and two previously unreleased tracks.
For Bad Boy Records Executive VP, Harve Pierre, releasing this album makes perfect sense.
“It’s time to celebrate the legacy of the Best that ever did it,” he says “We realize just how connected fans remain to his classic work and wanted to issue a ‘GREATEST HITS’ to celebrate the life of Christopher Wallace. We’ll always love Big Poppa and are forever thankful for what he has done for the Bad Boy family and Hip-Hop culture.”
Diddy echoes Pierre ’s sentiments and hails B.I.G. as the greatest emcee to do it and a good friend.
“Christopher Wallace was more than an artist, he was my friend,” he says of his fallen label mate. “The Notorious B.I.G., as most knew him, was a rapper, a story teller, and a prolific poet. However, many didn’t have a chance to see the Father, Husband, and Man that I knew. Through his words, persona, life, and music, he was able to open doors and creates opportunities for Hip-Hop as a whole. I wanted to celebrate his legacy, life, and work as we mourn his senseless death 10 years ago. The release of ‘GREATEST HITS’ makes it clear to the world why the Notorious B.I.G is the greatest rapper of all time.”
The first posthumous release, 1999’s Born Again is certified double platinum.
