LOOK ON LOCK EDITON: JULISSA
The Center's Julissa Bermudez rocked this strapless white number to two different party ventures:

Julissa first wore to the Maxim's 8th Annual Hot 100 Party [right] then wore it again at People En Espanol's Most Beautiful People party [left].
So I must ask, when was the look on lock? Argue your point/Comment...
Same girl, same day (May 16th), and the same dress at two different parties. When was the look on lock?
