In New York City, R&B songstress Ciara celebrated her 22nd birthday last night at Nikki Beach Midtown. Her birthday celebration is on a six-day tour that will include DC, ATL, Miami and the Bahamas. Missy Elliott came to her good friend's celebration. Supposedly Ciara's rumor-to-be boyfriend 50 Cent was there...with a gift.

Going back to 50 Cent for a moment, Ciara recently laugh off rumors of their relationship.

"He's a really great friend, and great friends think of really great [birthday presents]. For some reason, with this friend, everybody turns everything into something else!"
And while she's the first to admit that 50 has "a very, very nice body," she laughs at all the rumors she's heard about her so-called romance. "They said we have a ranch in Atlanta. I just died laughing," she said. "They said I cursed him out (for having a Ciara lookalike on his album cover) and that he cried on my shoulder (over the Kanye West rivalry). It's amazing to hear the things people make up. It's funny."

Taking a break from her tour in Japan, Ciara celebrated her 22nd birthday alongside Young Joc. Check out this video clip from her Japan birthday celebration here. Apparently Ciara's "With You" is a fan favorite over in Japan. "That's Right" music video featuring Lil' Jon has wrapped and is said to hit the music channels shortly.
