Before his well-publicized "relationships"* with R&B singer Ciara and actress Vivica A. Fox, 50 Cent was reportedly dating actress Elise Neal who appeared in the rapper's "Follow My Lead" video. Str8 Outta NYC has the full scoop on why Elise decided to 'kiss and tell':

“Right now we’re really just cool, but it would be the understatement of the year for me to say it was always just that. We’re friends enough to where he knows that if we’re doing something I’m not gonna go run and tell. That’s not my personality.”

*I stress upon "relationships" loosely as Ciara vehemently denied any romantic connection. 50 Cent has in the past accused Vivica of using their relationship as a publicity catalyst for her acting career.
